The Texas waterfowl season is in full swing, and Team Texas, along with a group of Hometown Hero Outdoors (HHO) members, recently took part in an unforgettable sandhill crane hunt in Tohoka, Texas. Partnering with Caprock Waterfowl, the weekend was packed with excitement, camaraderie, and, of course, the thrill of the hunt.

While the cranes proved to be a bit elusive, Jonathan Underwood and his expert team of guides ensured that our members still had an incredible experience. Their skill and dedication allowed everyone to get in on the action, making for a successful and memorable outing in the Texas skies.

A special thank you goes out to Brandon Snyder of Snyder Media, whose photography skills captured some of the most memorable moments of the weekend. These images not only showcase the hunt but also highlight the bonds and friendships formed through these outdoor experiences.
