Hometown Hero Outdoors Team Colorado got out seven members on an animal processing class with Jason the Butcher from the Rocky Mountain Institute of Meat. This class was a fantastic learning experience for the members and staff. Not only did everyone go home with several pounds of pork, but Dyfacto Knife company donated a complete butchering knife set for everyone who attended the class.

Team Colorado can’t express gratitude for this trip and experience with Jason. A lot of jokes and friends were made on this trip!
